If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 14 day Refund Policy, starting the day you receive your Product.
Your Product(s) may be returned if:
· Scratches on frame or lens that were not present at the time of delivery. We undertake a rigorous quality check to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition.
· Product damaged due to mishandling post delivery [product is de-shaped, with visible intentional damage to the product].
· Eyewear case or other standard packaging is damaged or torn or otherwise not in the same condition as it was received.
· The warranty or guarantee card is missing.
The process for returning a product and raising a refund request is as per below;
1. You have to contact Customer Care through call or e-mail (within 24 hours of receipt of the Product in case it is damaged or defective) to initiate a request to return your Product(s) and confirm the reason for and mode of returning the Product to us.
2. If your pin code is serviceable for pick-up, we will pick up the Product by our urself or through our Product Partners at no cost to You (except as may be prescribed by the courier service agency) within 3-4 days of your request being placed.
3. However, if you wish to courier the Product to us on your own, You are advised to choose a secure packaging and delivery method, because We shall not accept any liability incurred towards your Product(s) being damaged in transit during the return process.
4. Please return the Product only to the returns address provided by our Customer Care, and not to the address listed on the parcel.
5. While returning the Product, please ensure that Product(s) are returned to us via signed for delivery and a certificate of posting is obtained.
6. Please note that the shipping charges of your original order shall be non-refundable.
7. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled Product back at our facility.
A full refund is offered in case the Product is returned in unused condition and with original packaging from the Product Partner and all the authenticity tags and manufacturer seals intact. The returned Product will be inspected on arrival and You shall not claim full refund, if the Product(s) are not in new and original condition.
When returning the Product, please make sure to fill the refund form that will be sent to you along with the Product. In case of return of orders where the payment has been made online through either Debit/Credit Card, the refund shall be processed on the same card. In case of return of orders placed using the Cash On Delivery option, You shall be required to provide us with your NEFT details, so as to facilitate the refund process.
